Mission, Method, & Impact

Erica Elliott’s life and work are grounded in one central belief: every person carries a God-designed Masterpiece blueprint, and healing begins when we learn how to access it. For more than three decades, Erica has walked alongside individuals, families, veterans, and communities, helping them navigate trauma, adversity, and transition with courage, clarity, and hope.

Her professional journey is both expansive and deeply human. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, graduating with honors, and is a Licensed Counselor with numerous advanced certifications in trauma, brain health, integrative mental health, and energy-based modalities. As a former U.S. Army Behavioral Science Specialist and Medic with over 12 years of service, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership training, and lived experience. Her dedication to service has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Army Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Oklahoma Alfred P. Murrah Service Medal.

As a Brain Code Strategist, Erica specializes in helping people identify the internal patterns that keep them stuck and guiding them through rapid, sustainable rewiring for growth. Her work bridges neuroscience and faith, empowering clients to transform struggles into clarity, resilience, and purpose. This integration is at the heart of her bestselling book, Breath of Heaven: Manifesting God’s Way Using Bible Laws and Brain Science to Create an Abundantly Blessed Life, which has earned National and International Bestseller status.

Erica is also a sought-after international speaker, known for her powerful storytelling and ability to translate complex brain science into practical, life-changing tools. She has spoken to audiences ranging from mental health associations and law enforcement agencies to military bases, churches, and community organizations. Her media presence continues to expand through her collaboration with Fenix TV Studios, where she appears in a docuseries spotlighting women authors and entrepreneurs and prepares to launch her own television series, Mind Shifts: Exploring the Hidden Gems of Neuro, Physical, and Spiritual Sciences.

Adventure and creativity are as much a part of Erica’s story as service. She wrote her first book while sailing the ocean with her husband, journeying from Texas through Florida and the Bahamas. Whether taking the helm of a yacht, pursuing flight lessons toward a pilot’s license, or stepping onto a stage, Erica lives what she teaches: embracing growth, courage, and possibility at every season of life.

As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Erica embodies the belief that purpose does not diminish with time; it expands. Through WarriorHeart Healing Hearts, her writing, speaking, and community initiatives, she continues to help people “clear the mess to discover their Masterpiece,” reminding all she meets that the beauty truly is in the becoming, and that we are each called to be blessed and be a blessing.

I have had the absolute pleasure to hear Erica Elliot speak in person. After hearing Erica I felt a power within myself. She helped me to know that I have the ability in myself to not only overcome trauma but to require my brain and know that I can be much more. Rewire my brain to know that I am not stuck. That through the power of brain coding and Jesus that I have the ability to transition from victim to survivor.  I have the capability to be great. Erica Elliot is compassionate, patient and her soft spoken words make me feel comfortable in her presence. She makes me feel like I can accomplish anything!    Sincerely Lucy L Henson

“In my opinion, Erica Elliott would be in the top 1% of the professional colleagues I’ve worked with in terms of her leadership, drive, and determination to master new skills. She is dynamic and engaging while remaining humble and relatable—opening audiences to learning and applying complex topics such as neuropsychology, brain mapping, and cognitive-behavioral concepts.”— Terry E.
